Roof leak repairs in Manchester

A leak is a route. We follow it back to where it starts.

Most roof leaks start somewhere you cannot see from the street: a valley silted up behind a chimney, a lead flashing that has lifted, a slate that has slipped on the back slope, or a gutter that overflows behind the fascia. The drip in the bedroom can be several feet from the real fault. Tracing it properly is the job, and it is the part a cheap patch skips.

Our customers have had leaks fixed in front rooms, bedrooms and lofts, often within hours of the first call. Unice H. called about an emergency leak and wrote that the team was there within hours. Christopher M. had a bedroom leak repaired and called us a top company. We take photos of what we find, so you see the cause, not just the bill.

Once the cause is fixed we check the timbers and the insulation that got wet, so the damage does not carry on out of sight. The repair is backed by our 10 year guarantee and the price is agreed before we start.
