Bring a tired roof back without paying for a new one.
Plenty of roofs are not finished, just neglected. The tiles are sound but the ridges have lost their mortar, the verges are open, moss has blocked the valleys and gutters, and a handful of slipped tiles are letting the weather in. A refurbishment puts all of that right in one go, for a fraction of the cost of a new roof.
We re-bed or dry-fix ridges and hips, fit dry verge, clear moss and clean the roof, renew valleys and lead where needed, replace broken tiles and slates, and finish the roofline with new fascias, soffits and gutters if they need it. The drone photo on this page shows a roof half old, half new, mid-way through the work.
Before we quote, we look at the whole roof and tell you honestly whether a refurbishment will do the job or whether a new roof is the better spend. Either way you get the photos and a written price.

New roof in four days, start to finish
From 1st intial phone call to job being completed- 4 days. 1st day- Hughie came within hour after a very stressfull call to look at problem, take photos and discuss options with a genuine understanding of what needed to be done. 2nd day-Hughie came back to take drone footage which turned out to be worse for us both which im thankfull for as no one can deny photo evidence, discussed new plan of action then for the scaffolding to be erected. 3rd day- whole roof off, new roof on, all the while photos/drone footage took of whole process, communication through out, materials shown with indepth of why/where and what used for and where possible they like you to observe so no corners are cut and to prove their proud of their work. Cleaned up afterwards and inside gutters cleaned. 4th day-scaffolding down. Can not thank Hughie enough. Such a genuine company...observed his brother on another roof job through video call...another brother distrubuting flyers and even his dad in person checking in. NO PUSHY SALE TACTICS...NO LIES ( to many photos)...with NO BS!!!!!! Will 1000000000% be using this company again for other jobs and will be shouting their company name from the roof tops. Just so thankfull ive found a genuine honest company in Hughie xxRead it on Google

Before you book
Straight answers about your roof
Is a refurbishment cheaper than a new roof?
Yes, by a long way, as long as the tiles or slates and the timbers are still sound. We check that first.
What is dry verge?
Clip-on caps along the gable ends that replace the mortar. They do not crack or wash out, and they keep the verge tiles fixed.
Do you clean roofs?
Yes. We remove moss by hand and clean the roof as part of a refurbishment, then clear the gutters it ends up in.
How long will a refurbished roof last?
That depends on the tiles and timbers we start with. We will give you an honest view at the quote stage, and the work we do is backed by our 10 year guarantee.
