Flat roofs that drain, seal and stay sealed.
A flat roof fails at its edges, its outlets and wherever water sits. Puddles that never dry, blisters, split felt and tired joints let water into the room below: the kitchen extension or the bathroom over the back. We strip the old covering, fix the deck and the fall so the water runs off, and lay a new roof sealed at every edge and upstand.
We fit GRP fibreglass, EPDM rubber and torch-on felt flat roofs on rear extensions, dormers, garages, porches and bay roofs across Manchester. We also fit warm roof systems, which put the insulation and the waterproofing together on top of the deck, for a fully insulated flat roof that keeps the room below warmer.
Declan M. had a complete flat roof done and called the team clean and friendly. The photos on this page are our own flat roofs, from bare deck to finished GRP with rooflights fitted. Every new flat roof comes with a written price and our 10 year guarantee.

Our method
How we fit a flat roof
- Survey. We check the deck, the falls, the edges and the outlets, and find why the old roof failed.
- Strip out. The old covering comes off and any rotten decking is replaced.
- Deck and falls. New boards and firrings where needed so the water runs off.
- Insulation. For a warm roof, insulation boards go on top of the deck.
- Covering. GRP, EPDM or torch-on felt laid and bonded.
- Edges and outlets. Trims, upstands and outlets sealed, and any rooflights fitted.

New roof in four days, start to finish
From 1st intial phone call to job being completed- 4 days. 1st day- Hughie came within hour after a very stressfull call to look at problem, take photos and discuss options with a genuine understanding of what needed to be done. 2nd day-Hughie came back to take drone footage which turned out to be worse for us both which im thankfull for as no one can deny photo evidence, discussed new plan of action then for the scaffolding to be erected. 3rd day- whole roof off, new roof on, all the while photos/drone footage took of whole process, communication through out, materials shown with indepth of why/where and what used for and where possible they like you to observe so no corners are cut and to prove their proud of their work. Cleaned up afterwards and inside gutters cleaned. 4th day-scaffolding down. Can not thank Hughie enough. Such a genuine company...observed his brother on another roof job through video call...another brother distrubuting flyers and even his dad in person checking in. NO PUSHY SALE TACTICS...NO LIES ( to many photos)...with NO BS!!!!!! Will 1000000000% be using this company again for other jobs and will be shouting their company name from the roof tops. Just so thankfull ive found a genuine honest company in Hughie xxRead it on Google

Before you book
Straight answers about your roof
What is a warm roof?
A warm roof puts the insulation and the waterproofing together on top of the deck, giving a fully insulated, energy-efficient flat roof that keeps the room below warmer.
Can flat roofs be repaired?
Yes. We repair leaks, damaged membranes and worn surfaces on every type of flat roof. If the deck is rotten, we tell you and quote to replace it.
Are flat roofs low maintenance?
Yes, especially GRP and EPDM. Regular checks and the odd minor repair keep them going for decades.
Can you fit flat roofs on extensions and garages?
Yes. Flat roofs suit extensions, garages, porches, dormers and commercial buildings.
